Reserved for art
The first piece is intended for placement in an art gallery, connecting the edition to the spaces where art is traditionally encountered.
CXLVIII is a fashion project built around a simple ambition: to take art beyond the walls that traditionally hold it, and bring it into everyday life.

Some works of art live in museums. Others become part of culture. CXLVIII explores a different way for art to move through the world: through carefully considered garments, made in limited numbered editions.
Each drop begins with an artwork and translates it into a wearable piece. The aim is not to replace the original, but to create another way to encounter it — beyond the gallery, in everyday life.
Every collection is limited to 148 pieces. Each garment carries its own number, making it part of a defined edition rather than an endlessly reproduced design.
The first piece is intended for placement in an art gallery, connecting the edition to the spaces where art is traditionally encountered.
The remaining pieces are made to be worn, collected and carried into everyday life.
Each future drop will introduce a different artwork, interpreted through a new limited edition of 148 pieces.
Gallery placement is an intention of the project and will be announced when confirmed.
CXLVIII exists to create a meeting point between fashion and art — where a garment can carry an image, a story and a sense of discovery.
